Jenifer has 25 years’ experience helping local people with stress, anxiety, depression, PTSD and relationship problems including illness/disability, trauma, bereavement, bullying, abuse, divorce, mid-life crisis, anger management, communication, self-esteem. She enjoys supporting her clients to resolve difficulties in ways that are appropriate for them. She encourages people to celebrate their strengths and uniqueness. She uses a variety of approaches working holistically. Overcoming setbacks can be opportunities for personal growth and contentment. Her sessions are informal but focused.
